Telephone/CATI Market Research Interviewer (previous experience only!)

Accent is a vibrant and friendly Market Research Agency based in Edinburgh.

Over the last 2+ years, we have all been very busy working from home! We are looking to recruit versatile, enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working and well-spoken Telephone Market Research interviewers of all ages and background. But with actual experience of Telephone Market Research.

We also work from our Edinburgh office part of the week so if you are local, you can also mix working from home and coming to the office !

Previous and recent experience in Market Research, to ISO20252/IQCS standards is absolutely essential, as is home broadband, a modern Windows 10/11 PC or laptop, and somewhere quiet and comfortable to work.

Again, we are only able to welcome Market Research interviewers with recent telephone experience (less than a year) with an ISO20252 or IQCS research agency.

We offer a degree of flexibility, and are looking to recruit both experienced Business to Business (daytime) or Business to Consumer (evenings & weekends), and are looking for people who can work at least 3 to 4 shifts per week.

The rates of pay are:
£9.80 + 12.07% holiday pay = £10.98 – weekdays
£10.00 + 12.07% holiday pay = £11.21 – weekends

Applicants must have:

Previous and recent experience in Market Research, to ISO20252/IQCS standards
Windows 10/11 PC or laptop
Unlimited home broadband
Quiet and comfortable workspace
