DAM Burger located in Resident X are looking for a KITCHEN MANAGER!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor or manager to progress their career in the fastest growing independent food business in the north-east!

Since beginning our journey as ABERDAM Dutch Fries nearly 2 years ago, we have already cemented ourselves as a multi award-winning street food business. We have in this time expanded to Glasgow, launched mobile food truck touring the shire during the week and most recently we've opened our sister brand DAM Burger within Aberdeen's new street food hall and cocktail bar Resident X, located in Marischal Square. This concept focusses on our famous Aberdeen Angus smash burgers and has launched with great success.

DAM Burger now requires a full time kitchen manager after our team at ABERDAM have successfully launched the brand.

A strong, consistent CV is essential, proving a reliable, hard-working and committed attitude to employment. We are a small but immensely driven team and with our ever expanding operation we are looking for a passionate professional to join us on our mission to create the best independent fast food business in the country!

We have low staff turnover due to the care we take of our team. We are a family of grafters that love to work hard, look after each other and have a load of fun along the way! ABERDAM isn't easy, it certainly isn't boring - but it's ultimately rewarding and we have many success stories already of promoting those in our team at every level who show consistency and drive to succeed!

You will be tasked with managing the day to day operation including but not limited to:

Rota management

Stock management

Creation of weekly specials in line with GP targets

Management and development of team

Creating and developing training materials

The ideal candidate for this role with have a positive, pro-active approach to problem and be passionate about developing their team as well as their own career.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
