Technology Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Who are 94 TECH?

94 TECH are a specialist recruitment business based in the City of London that focus on placing Technology professionals into clients across the UK, Europe & US. Over the next 3 years we will be scaling our business from 55 to 250+ heads whilst opening our first international office in New York this summer!

What will you be doing upon joining us?

You will enrol onto our training workshops where you will learn how to do 360 recruitment, starting with candidates first and then moving onto client work when you're ready. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for identifying potential clients to work with, building and maintaining relationships with the hiring managers, negotiating terms, taking detailed job descriptions and then headhunting Tech professionals for your clients open vacancies.

We're an organisation created purely by investing into and empowering young, ambitious talent. All of our hires join us without any previous recruitment experience and develop their careers with us through our structured training programme and in-house support network.

What does it take to be a great Recruiter?

We're open to speaking to people who have experience in a range of different backgrounds, including recent graduates. Recruitment is ultimately a sales role, so you need to be able to display that you're motivated to work hard, you're driven by results, you're organised and you have great communication skills.

What can you look forward to?
