Store Associates, 47 London Retail Store

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at the 47 Brand Store in London. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases
Provide product information, recommendations, and advice to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise
Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and targets
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Stay up-to-date on the latest product releases, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Knowledge of sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
