Senior Facade Designer
Manchester (Remote Working)
Up to £55,000 p.a (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Façade Designer to join an expanding façade company in the Manchester area.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering a wide range of projects across the industrial, commercial, and residential industries. The ideal applicant must have experience producing detailed drawings for a variety of different façade systems.

This is a remote working role with the requirement to attend on site projects based in Manchester.

What’s involved for the Senior Façade Designer…

• Produce detailed CAD drawings for construction teams
• Investigate technical issues and provide prompt, viable solutions
• Produce layouts, technical reports and working drawings to agreed timescales
• Attend site project meetings
• Review drawings
• Assisting with tender stage

What you’ll need…

• Façade or building envelope design experience
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience working on commercial projects and residential projects
• Ability to deal directly with clients, consultants, and fellow team members
• Revit experience beneficial but not essential

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm offering a fantastic salary paying up to £55,000 P.A with a flexible approach to working.
