Shift Manager Salary: £10.70 per hour.

Tasks will involve:

• Making speciality drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
• Serving customers in our Cafe & Drive Thru and making world-class connections with them
• “Making every moment right” for all our customers
• Work with your team to ensure that everywhere is clean, and tidy and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly
• Be responsible for supporting the operations of the store and communicating positively and effectively with a diverse group of individuals
• Successfully delegate tasks, coach, and lead by example
• Help your store partners make world class connections with the customers they see every day
• Support with staffing, customer satisfaction and product quality

The ideal candidate for a Shift Manager will have:

• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Previous experience of delivering high quality customer service
• Adapts quickly to change and makes timely, thoughtful decisions
• Someone who can listen and communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Someone who can maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive
